Zafar Alam
Co-founder
A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in livelihood development, entrepreneurship, and gender equity. With a Master's in Social Work from TISS, Zafar has worked with organizations like PwC and Access Development Services, designing impactful livelihood programs.
His expertise in project management, training, and stakeholder collaboration has empowered thousands of women and youth across India. Zafar's vision is to create sustainable livelihoods and bridge gaps in financial inclusion.

Manshi Kapoor

A dedicated Change Maker/Trainer at KIWAAD FOUNDATION, mentoring adolescent girls in Retail Management, Personality Development, Spoken English, and Interview preparation. With 1.5 years of experience as an Educator and Soft Skills Trainer in the Microfinance sector at MANOASHA FOUNDATION, Patna. Holds a Masters in Commerce (Finance and Accounts) from Patna University.
