HDFC CSR Project in Partnership with Grasstech
A 45-day BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) training program in Lucknow, delivering NSDC-certified training. With students already placed while the batch continues, the program underscores Kiwaad's proactive approach to ensuring employment readiness.
Standard Chartered CSR Program with Edufair
This ambitious initiative spans 14 cities, targeting 500 beneficiaries per city, with a total of 10 implementation partners. Offering NSDC-certified BFSI training, this ongoing project is scaling impact across urban and semi-urban India.
Project Pankh
Dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwD), this 45-day retail management training program in Kanpur has already trained 60 students, with plans to reach 150 more. The program focuses on inclusive skill development and workplace integration.
KEF, Piramal Foundation and ABC in Partnership with GIZ
With new centers in Bastar (Chhattisgarh), Gadchiroli (Maharashtra), and Dholpur (Rajasthan), Kiwaad aims to train 100 young women per center, providing them with the skills and support needed to secure sustainable jobs.
