Kiwaad Foundation, based in Kanpur, India, is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering young people and communities by equipping them with industry-relevant skills and connecting them to meaningful job and livelihood opportunities. We are working across 4 states, and have trained over 1500 students, achieving a 90% job placement rate.
Our programs span diverse sectors such as Retail, BFSI, Hospitality and Emerging Industries, helping participants secure employment and build dignified lives. Supported by leading corporate partners and incubated by UnLtd India and NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore.
Kiwaad envisions thriving communities where every individual has access to skill-building opportunities and other technical support through strong, community-based institutions, enabling them to break the cycle of poverty and achieve lasting prosperity.
