Our Vision
Kiwaad Foundation, based in Kanpur, India, is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering young people and communities by equipping them with industry-relevant skills and connecting them to meaningful job and livelihood opportunities. We are working across 4 states, and have trained over 1500 students, achieving a 90% job placement rate.
Our programs span diverse sectors such as Retail, BFSI, Hospitality and Emerging Industries, helping participants secure employment and build dignified lives.
